* Comprehensive terms and conditions:
Essential terms and conditions for pupils attending classes.

It is the policy of Frankfield Music Studio not to take responsibility for missed classes.

A pupil who fails to attend a scheduled class does not get discount or refund.

The only exception to that is when the teacher is unable to take the class and a new date is set to make up for that missed class.

When a pupil misses a class there is no obligation for the teacher to reschedule that class. The class is missed and not replaced.

There may be an occasion that out of goodwill the teacher will make a rescheduled lesson available on an agreed time and date.

This rescheduled replacement class may incur an extra lesson fee.

Advance booking deposits are accepted.

But it is required that full term fees are paid on the day of the first lesson.

There are three terms in a Callander Year. The terms can run from 12 to 15 weeks.

The terms follow the same general timetable as primary and secondary schools.

Example cost of a 12 week term fee would be €180 and payment would be due on the first day of the new term.

Pupils are expected to be well behaved and be on time for classes.

Pupils under parent or guardian supervision must be presented to classes on time.

Pupils under parent and guardian supervision must be collected at the end of each class.
